Karachi (Republic PK) Pakistan’s leading senior actress Shagufta ejaz has revealed that she decided to create a YouTube channel after being inspired by her son-in-law Ali Hamza Baloch.
According to private TV channel Aaj News, Shagufta ejaz recently participated in a program where she told the interesting story of the beginning of her YouTube journey.
She says that initially she had no intention of becoming a youtuber, but when she saw her son-in-law’s popularity and the extraordinary affection of his fans for him, she also realized that this is a platform where artists can directly connect with their fans.
Shagufta ejaz said, “I used to see how much people love Ali Hamza Baloch and connect with his videos. Even when I went to a wedding or event, people would tell me that we are big fans of Ali Bhai.”
“At that time, I realized that becoming a YouTuber is also a huge stardom, where you get an immediate response to your work. On the one hand, the video is uploaded and on the other hand, people’s messages start coming and you can also convey your message directly to them” she added.
According to Shagufta ejaz, “I created my YouTube channel with the help of Ali Hamza Baloch so that I could directly connect with my fans and keep them informed about my life and work.”
She further said that in the early days of YouTube, her daughters used to edit her videos and she also paid them for this work. However, later she learned video editing herself and now edits all her videos herself.
Shagufta ejaz, while giving details of her YouTube channel, said that her YouTube channel not only includes glimpses of her dramas or professional activities but also her family, daily life and various activities.
According to her, fans like these videos because they show simplicity, reality and homely atmosphere instead of texture.
