KFUEIT Hosts Successful Business Expo to Promote Student Entrepreneurship

Rahim Yar Khan: A successful Business Expo was organized by the Institute of Business Administration at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology with the aim of promoting entrepreneurial skills among students. The event was organized by Dr. Aisha Aziz and provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their innovative business ideas.

The expo was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Shahzad Murtaza, Pro Vice Chancellor of the university. Also present on the occasion were Dr. Muhammad Sagir, Dr. Aslam Khan, and Head of the Institute of Business Administration Dr. Abdul Rasheed. The distinguished guests visited various student-run stalls and highly appreciated their creativity, dedication, and entrepreneurial vision.

More than 50 stalls were set up during the expo, where students presented unique and innovative business concepts reflecting modern market trends.
While addressing the participants, Prof. Dr. Shahzad Murtaza, Dr. Muhammad Sagir, Dr. Abdul Rasheed, and other speakers emphasized that the primary objective of the expo was to enhance entrepreneurial capabilities, provide hands-on experience, and prepare students for future business opportunities.

They further stated that under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Ir. Dr. Amir Azam Khan, the university is playing a proactive role in developing skilled human resources aligned with contemporary professional demands.
Special focus was placed on building students’ confidence, practical skills, and professional mindset. A large number of faculty members attended the event and commended the students for their hard work and innovative efforts.
