Nargis Reunites with Maulana Tariq Jameel in Makkah, Seeks Prayers for Faith and Family

Renowned stage artist of the past, Nargis, has once again drawn attention, this time not for her performances, but for her spiritual devotion. During her recent visit to Makkah, she met respected Islamic scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel and shared the encounter with her followers through a video message on Instagram.

In the video, Nargis appeared in a burqa, presenting a very different image from her showbiz days. She recalled her first Hajj in 2006, which she performed alongside Maulana Tariq Jameel, describing it as a turning point in her life that deepened her connection with Islam.

Speaking about the reunion, Nargis said she felt blessed to meet the scholar again after many years. She added that listening to his words once more gave her valuable lessons that she intends to apply in her daily life.

Expressing gratitude, Nargis thanked Maulana Tariq Jameel for his kindness and guidance, saying,

“You placed a compassionate hand on my head and enlightened me about religion.”

She also requested prayers for herself, her children, and her husband.

Maulana Tariq Jameel, in response, praised her efforts in encouraging her beauty parlor staff to perform Umrah and Hajj, calling it a noble deed. He prayed for her steadfastness and success in her religious journey, asking Allah to grant her perseverance and blessings.
