DUBAI – The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the nominations for the Men’s and Women’s Player of the Month for October, including Pakistan’s Nauman Ali in the men’s category.
Nauman Ali earned his nomination following an outstanding performance against South Africa. He was the series’ most successful bowler, claiming a total of 14 wickets.

Ali’s performance was instrumental in the Lahore Test, where he secured a 10-wicket haul, playing a pivotal role in Pakistan’s 93-run victory.
Joining Ali in the men’s nominations are South Africa’s Senuran Muthusamy and Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan.
For the Women’s Player of the Month award, South African captain Laura Wolvaardt is nominated. She is joined by India’s Smriti Mandhana and Australia’s Ashleigh Gardner.
