India May Conduct False-Flags, Warns Air Marshal (r) Arshad Malik
ISLAMABAD – Retired Air Marshal Arshad Malik has warned that India may be planning to conduct “false-flag operations” to divert attention from its internal political pressures.
Speaking on the Dunya News program hosted by Kamran Shahid, Retired Air Marshal Arshad Malik stated, “Looking at India’s track record, they try to carry out laughable false-flag operations while promoting Bollywood, and they are always given a befitting response.”
He said that the intentions of Indian officials are currently “dangerous,” linking the potential for military misadventure to the domestic political climate. “The Bihar elections are imminent, and the Congress party has openly challenged them, so they could do anything,” Malik said. He asserted that India has already been defeated on both the battlefield and the diplomatic front and that Pakistan must remain vigilant.
During the interview, the former Air Marshal gave a stark assessment of the Indian Air Force’s operational capabilities following recent conflicts. “The war this time will be one of missiles and drones,” he predicted. “The Indian Air Force cannot fly for another 10 years because everyone knows the damage Pakistan has inflicted upon them. Seven of their Rafale jets are down, and they have maintenance issues with their MiG-29s.”
He urged that Pakistan must keep a close watch on the situation, particularly in the tribal districts (formerly FATA), for potential false-flag activities.
