Riyadh (republic pk) Saudi Arabia has introduced a new package visa program to promote tourism, in the first phase of which citizens of Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Jordan, Egypt and Mexico will be able to benefit from this facility.
According to the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, under this new scheme, travelers will be able to obtain air tickets, hotel bookings and electronic tourist visas through a single integrated package, which will eliminate the need to apply for a separate visa.
According to Gulf News, after purchasing an approved travel package, the electronic tourist visa will be issued within 48 hours, while the applicant will not need to visit the Saudi embassy or submit a separate visa application.
Travelers will have to choose an approved package through an authorized travel agency, and after completing the online payment, they will receive the visa, travel insurance and other travel documents via email.
The Saudi Ministry of Tourism has initially granted the status of Reserval and Almosafer as authorized service providers for this program.
Terms and conditions of the package visa
The visa will be single entry and will be valid for three months.
The minimum stay will be 2 days and the maximum will be 88 days.
The package must include a confirmed round-trip air ticket.
Accommodation will only be in a four or five star hotel approved by the Ministry of Tourism.
Electronic visa processing will be part of the package.
According to the Ministry of Tourism, the minimum price of the package has been set at 4,000 Saudi Riyals per adult for the first two days, while an additional 1,000 Saudi Riyals will have to be paid for each additional day.
