KFUEIT, Aror University Form Strategic Academic Partnership
Rahim Yar Khan: Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology entered into a new partnership with the University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur. This MoU lays the foundation for collaborative learning, joint research, and a stronger academic exchange between the two institutions.
The agreement brings both universities together in several key areas. It includes exchange and training opportunities for faculty, researchers, and technical staff, as well as joint participation in Art and Design exhibitions. The partnership also aims to establish a research consortium and promote collaborative R&D projects of national importance. In addition, it supports co-supervision of research students, joint conferences and academic events, the exchange of publications and archives, and enhanced access to research and teaching facilities.
The MoU was signed by Prof. Ir. Dr. Amir Azam Khan, Vice Chancellor KFUEIT, and Prof. Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand, Vice Chancellor Aror University, during a ceremony held at Aror University Sukkur. The event was attended by Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahzad Murtaza, Dean of all Faculties Prof. Dr. Muhammad Sagir, Registrar Prof. Dr. Javed Iqbal, HoD Agriculture Engineering Dr. Yasir Niaz, Director ORIC Dr. Saif-u-Rahman, Director Academics Dr. Shahid Atiq, Director Student Affairs Dr. Aslam Khan, Additional Director IBA Dr. Abdul Rasheed, and Director IH&A Dr. M. Anwar Farooq.
The KFUEIT delegation also toured the facilities at Aror University and commended the institution’s steady progress and growing academic strength.
