Riyadh (Republic Pk) Saudi Arabia has introduced mandatory food vouchers for Umrah pilgrims from 4 countries, including Pakistan.
ccording to details, food vouchers worth about 20 Saudi riyals per day, this amount will be directly included in the total Umrah visa fee.
After the new policy, the total cost of Umrah packages cost is expected to increase, travel agents from different countries, including Pakistan, are reviewing their packages and rates.
On the other hand, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has said that the number of people who registered for Hajj from 2027 to 2030 has exceeded 381,000, the next phase after Hajj registration is coming soon, so those wishing to perform Hajj 2027 should have a valid passport ready by November 16, 2027.
The spokesperson has advised the public to be wary of fake advertisements circulating on social media regarding Hajj, and to ignore such fake advertisements and report such elements.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs says that for Hajj-related information, use only authentic apps of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and do not believe in any kind of false propaganda.
