Peshawar (Republic Pk) Former PML-N senator Taj Afridi died and his driver was slightly injured in a traffic accident near Colonel Sher Khan Interchange on motorway.

It is being told that the former senator was going from Islamabad to Peshawar in his car when he met with an accident near Swabi and vehicle fell off the road. Alleged mechanical fault in the car caused the accident.
On receiving information about the accident, rescue and police reached the spot and carried out rescue operations.
