Bollywood Icon Dharmendra Passes Away at 89
The veteran star was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital earlier this month due to breathing complications. Despite medical care, he could not recover and breathed his last on Monday morning.

Family and Final Rites
Dharmendra is survived by six children. With his first wife, Prakash Kaur, he had four children, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Vijeta Deol, and Ajeeta Deol. In 1980, he married his Sholay co‑star Hema Malini, with whom he had two daughters, Esha and Ahana Deol.
On Monday, Hema Malini and daughter Esha Doel were seen at Pawan Hans Crematorium in Vile Parle, where the actor’s final rites were performed.

The cremation was attended by leading figures of the film industry, including Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, and Sanjay Dutt, who joined fans in paying their respects.
