Lahore (Republic PK) The Punjab government has linked the Driving License Information Management System (DLIMS) to the Dastak application to provide modern and convenient facilities to the citizens, which aims to save them from unnecessary rounds of offices and bring driving license-related services to their doorsteps.

According to official sources, under the new facility, an application for a learner driving license can be submitted online, while renewal of an existing license will also be possible through the mobile app.
If a citizen’s license is lost or damaged, he will also be able to apply online for a duplicate license. In addition, people traveling abroad will also be able to submit an application for an international driving license through the Dastak app.
Driving License Lahore fee
According to the Traffic Police Punjab, the fee for a learner driving license has been fixed at Rs 500 per category, while the fee for renewal and duplicate license will be charged according to the category of the relevant vehicle or motorcycle under official rules.
